Phillyblunts is a one-of-a-kind rapper emerging out of the LA area. His aesthetic caught our eye @ first, with his straightened hair and choice of using a fish-eye lens for this visual, but the song is what made us fans. 'I'm So Rad' has been out for a little less than a month and definitely deserves some more shine. Watch below:
