Both of these South Central rappers probably should have been on SLAP a long time ago, but hey it's never too late to show some love.
Azchike is only about a month removed from his last project, 'CULT UP E.P.' which was recently listed on
This collaboration with Azbenz is the perfect way to follow it up; both artists know how to lay down smooth verses with a similar, whisper-rap style (think Ying Yang Twins meet 21 Savage, kinda).
The Bay Area influence is apparent on this one, but AzCult is able to put a twist on their sound that keeps them from sounding like knockoffs of anyone else.
S.Prod blessed them with a straight up slapper and these two knew exactly what to do wit it. 'Da Cookie' is a banger.
