New Video: Buddy - That Much

Holy shit. Buddy's 'That Much' might be the video of the year.

It's got everything you want in a hip hop visual: The song is pure fire. It's got authentic scenes of regular Buddy - with a friend and what appears to be his grandmother going for a drive. It's got scenes of Buddy the superstar as he glides on roller skates and chops it up with none other than Mike Epps. And it has women, poolside and topless as Buddy manages to charm them all.

It's as complex a visual as we've ever seen; one in which you never quite know if it's depicting real life or the reality in Buddy's mind. Whichever it is, it's perfect film work from director Andy Hines. Buddy is a complex artist who deserves a video just as intricate as the songs he makes.

This is as good a watch as your favorite show or movie. It tells a story without taking away from the amazing track that is 'That Much.' This is Buddy's first video off of his most recent project, Magnolia EP, which consists entirely of Mike & Keys production. It has us wondering what's next, another visual or new music?
