He's back baby.
After an astounding return from prison - with the release of 'Big Banc Uchies' & an interview on No Jumper - Drakeo The Ruler has dropped his album Cold Devil. It's a giant leap for the South Central rapper - one that could potentially be catapulting his name into the mainstream, yet he doesn't leave behind the aspects of his music that make him such a gravitational force.
This is for the streets, but the whole world is gonna be fucking with it.

The genre listed is 'Nervous Music,' something that Drakeo & The StincTeam have truly perfected. Anxiety runs high on Cold Devil, as Drakeo expresses some of the emotions that life in the streets of Los Angeles can bring to a person's life.

The style and slang of the StincTeam's most notable name shines on this album as well. His cool, almost chilling sense of calmness, feels eerie and enticing - making it easy as hell to just sit back and listen to the whole thing front to back. Get familiar with the way Drakeo puts a song together - it's setting the tone for the new West Coast.

He taps in with a bunch of local talent for the album. The list of features includes Shoreline Mafia's OhGeesy, 03 Greedo, StincTeam members Ralfy The Plug, Saysothemac & Ketchy The Great (#FREEKETCHY), ALLBLACK and Bambino. Producer credits go to Ron Ron, ShawnBeats, 12Hunna, Ace The Face, Bruce 24K, Paupa, Duse & Fizzle. Listen below:
