Dave Prime & Archie Blocka - Promo and Joyride (videos)

The art collective Dial Up was formed by a group of creators looking to be self-sufficient in the diverse projects they would set out to create. The collective's member are scattered around the country, but we're lucky enough to call one of them our own. Dave Prime is a Hawthorne native and is responsible for the production on both "Promo" and "Joyride," as well as their respective outro music. From fuzzy 808s and intricate drum patterns to bossa nova, Dave Prime has the sonic range you can expect from someone who has cited The Neptunes as an influence. This group's impressive ambition has them covering every aspect of these releases including the directing and casting. This allows the concept to be formed around these two videos that segue into one another. These guys love working on their craft(s) and we're excited to see that pay off. Watch the videos below:
