cam, the chef - angelite

Cam, the chef's self-produced two-part song "angelite" has a cosmic feel to it. The first half's most notable feature is the low end filtered instruments with Cam spitting a more traditional verse. The second half is driven by a synth lead and heavy drums and Cam's distorted voice. Moving through these two soundscapes feels like the kind of switch ups we saw on Frank Ocean's Blonde, with similar mind-bending effects. Cam's got a handle on this kind of ambiance, making us excited to see his artistry fully bloom in the year ahead. Listen below:
