03 Greedo finally returns with new music in his new single 'Substance' produced by BeatBoy & Fizzle. It's been long awaited, as he hasn't dropped a solo song since signing his record deal with Alamo Records. It's got the energy of a love song, but he isn't speaking on his infatuation with a woman -- rather his love affair with drugs. This is when 03 is at his best; when he's being honest, and practically screeching his darkest thoughts. The vocals are perfect, giving the song a somber vibe as he opens up & let's fans know how he deals with life's demons. Some may criticize a song like this, but it isn't Greedo telling you to go out and get fucked up off drugs. It's a song about how he internalizes his problems and uses drugs to mask the emotions he has inside. Listen below:
