bobbybluhunnit - Blu (mixtape)

Atlanta native bobbybluhunnit is living in Long Beach & you can hear influence from both areas in his music. His latest project Blu is a highly auto-tuned collection of songs, with beats that are sounding light years ahead of their time. Hard work is one of the themes of the project, with bobby consistently reminding you that he is continuing to stack his money and progress.  It's an acquired taste for hip hop listeners. If you don't like drawn out melodies and whiny auto tune, then he's not for you. But if that is something you tend to vibe with, he's going to be an artist you're glad we put you onto.  Production on the tape is provided by TajMustDie, Charlie Shuffler, Chris Surreal & AltoSGP. Each of these guys brings the heat, but there's a strong sense of chemistry and naturalness on the songs produced by Charlie Shuffler, who also stays in Long Beach.
