Rocket Da Goon- Backstreets (video)

Rocket Da Goon makes a return to SLAP with a new video for 'Backstreets,' a record he released earlier this year. The song already had an ice cold sense of realness to it, as Rocket outlines the good and bad things that go down on the backstreets. But, the video gives it a renewed sense of authenticity. There's something to be said about an artist who can show you everything he says in a song. MeerJ handles the video direction, shooting Rocket in Low Light as he captures him in his element. Dusty overlays convey a sense of ruggedness, which is to be expected with a song about life in the trenches. Watch below:
